"Searching for and Maintaining Peace"
We will have our 4th annual Advent Retreat on Saturday, December 9, 2017. The retreat will be an opportunity for reflection, small group discussions, silence, confession and prayer as the Church prepares for the solemnity of Christmas. Lunch provided.
The FIRST 50 people that sign up for this retreat will receive a FREE copy of Fr. Jacques Philippe's book Searching for and Maintaining Peace!
Deadline to sign up was Dec. 3, 2017.
Our theme this year will center around finding and maintaining interior peace. As we await the coming of Christ, we are reminded to abandon ourselves to total confidence in God, in the big things and in the small things.
"But according to his promise we await new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells. Therefore, beloved, since you await these things, be eager to be found without spot or blemish before him, at peace." 2 Peter 3:13-14
We are able to offer this retreat for FREE by the support of your generous donations each week through the yellow envelopes or online giving. We ask for your continued support. You can pick up yellow envelopes on Thursday nights to place in the collect basket or set up a one-time, weekly, or monthly gift online here.
The retreat begins at 9:00 a.m. and we will conclude with the 4:00 p.m. Vigil Mass at the Church.
Location: St. Anne's Hall located at the church
